CampaignHub is a campaign management tool for Dungeons & Dragons 5e Dungeon Masters and their players — campaigns, scenes/maps, tokens, character sheets, live dice/combat resolution, and in-session chat.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access. Please provide accurate information when registering — an account is tied to a single email address.

CampaignHub offers a Free tier at no cost and a paid Pro tier billed monthly, at the price shown on our Pricing page and at checkout. All prices are in USD.

Payments are processed by WayForPay, a licensed third-party payment provider, using bank payment cards (Visa/Mastercard) — we never see or store your full card number.

The Service is a digital, online-only product delivered electronically — there is no physical shipping. Access to Pro features is granted automatically and immediately once WayForPay confirms your payment, and the Service is available worldwide wherever you can reach campaignhub.axoniq.uk over the internet.

A Pro subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, or by emailing volodumur113@gmail.com. Cancelling stops future renewals and keeps your Pro access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for; after that, your account moves to the Free tier automatically. Campaigns, scenes, or tokens you already have over the Free limit are kept, but you won’t be able to create new ones over that limit until you’re back within it.

All payments are final and non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, except where a refund is required by applicable law. We do not offer a money-back or trial-period refund procedure beyond that. If WayForPay charges you in error (e.g. a duplicate or failed-service charge), contact us at the email above and we’ll investigate and correct it.

You keep ownership of the campaigns, characters, images, and other content you create or upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit it as needed to operate the Service — for example, showing your campaign’s map and tokens to the players you’ve invited.

You’re solely responsible for content you upload. Don’t upload anything you don’t have the right to share, including another person’s copyrighted artwork, or Wizards of the Coast’s copyrighted Dungeons & Dragons material beyond what its System Reference Document license permits. We may remove content that violates this, or suspend an account that repeatedly does so.

In-campaign chat isn’t stored on our servers — it’s a live, ephemeral transcript that disappears on reload or once everyone leaves.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, or to harass, abuse, or harm another person;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, data, or system;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by circumventing rate limits or subscription tier caps;
• scrape or systematically extract data from the Service without our permission.

We may add, change, or remove features, and may need to suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance. We’ll try to give notice of significant changes where practical, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Service’s software, design, and branding belong to us or our licensors. Status-effect icons shown on Live Scene are from game-icons.net, used under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 license (CC BY 3.0).

This work includes material taken from the System Reference Document 5.2.1 (“SRD 5.2.1”) by Wizards of the Coast LLC, available at dndbeyond.com/srd. The SRD 5.2.1 is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License, available at creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/legalcode. We do not include any Wizards of the Coast Product Identity — trademarked names, official artwork, or campaign settings.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at volodumur113@gmail.com.

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the effective date above; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
